MXIE Systems Refund & Billing Policy

Subscription Services
MXIE Systems provides subscription-based software services via a secure cloud platform. All features and tools are accessible immediately after account registration and successful payment.

Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not automatically refund past payments, except as noted below.

Refunds
Refunds may be issued within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided the customer has not significantly used the platform. After this period, subscriptions remain active until cancelled, but payments are generally non-refundable.

Service Delivery
Upon subscription, customers receive login credentials granting immediate access to the MXIE Systems cloud platform and all associated features included in their chosen plan.
